If you decide what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please first email us.
Once a return has been accepted by our team and confirmed in writing, the product should be sent to us insured and shipping pre-paid and is the responsibility of the buyer. The jewellery must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt – within 10 days of receiving the order.
If these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus cost of shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a refund upon receipt if we determine that the item has been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
Items eligible for full refunds are full priced items. Please kindly note that custom orders, sales or discounted items are final sales. A discounted item is any item with a discount applied at checkout (this would include discount codes).
We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email confirmation. Please be mindful that depending on the cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days to credit your account and your chosen bank should be contacted for any further enquiries.
